I married Valerie Lewis in 1993, graduated from Utah State in Chemistry in 1995, went on to pursue (and finally receive) my Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Arizona. Took a job in Maine in late 2001, which is where we currently reside. We have 3 wonderful kids (of course no one thinks their own kids are not wonderful); Thomas (b. Nov 1995), Benjamin (b. April 1998), and Gracie Mae (b. Sept 2003).
Maine is a wonderful place where the church is alive and growing. Since my mission (which is getting to be long ago), I have served in several callings, but most recently have been in the Bishopric (for 3+ years). But, my favorite calling by far has been 16 yr. old Sunday School Teacher. Would go back in a heart beat.
My job allows me to travel to some cool places. This picture is from the lookout station just below Mont Blanc, near Chamonix, France. Would love my job to take me back to Argentina, but not too likely.
Would love to hear from anyone from the old days. |
