Hello Friends from the Mendoza, Argentina mission! Mark your Calendars and Save the Date! I would like to plan a mission reunion for April 5th and 6th of 2008. It will be very relaxed, come when it is convenient for you and your family! The times will be on Friday, April 5th at 4 pm until 10 pm and then continued on Saturday, April 6th at 11 am until 5 pm. It will be in Lindon, Utah at my home located at 454 East 270 North. Activities will include (weather permitting) racquetball, indoor soccer games, batting cages, outdoor soccer games, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis! Come and have fun! Right now I am still in the planning stages, there are still a few details I need to work out. If you are interested please email me and let me know! (jenni@stoneheights.com) I need to get a count of how many to expect. As far as food... I will let you know. I served with Presidente Verdugo, but please invite any companions, members, other returned missionaries from other presidents, etc. from the mission. This reunion is not limited to only missionaries who served with Presidente Verdugo, just be sure to email me and let me know how many to expect. Please watch for more info to come! We'll see you in April!

Quisiera planear una reunión de la misión para el 5 y 6 de abril de 2008. ¡Será muy relajado, vengan cuando sea conveniente para ustedes y sus familias! Los tiempos estarán el viernes, el 5 de abril, desde las 4 de la tarde hasta 10 P.M. y entonces continuado el sábado, el 6 de abril, desde las 11 A.M. hasta 5 P.M. Estará en Lindon, Utah en mi hogar situado en 454 E 270 N. ¡Las actividades incluirán (tiempo permitiendo) el racquetball, juegos de interior del fútbol, jaulas de batting, juegos al aire libre del fútbol, voleibol de la arena, baloncesto y tenis! ¡Vengan y diviertanse! San Martin de San Juan has been promoted to the Primera Liga to play with BOCA, River and the others.
Godoy Cruz de Tomba was demoted to the lower league since they did not do well their two seasons.
We almost had two soccer team from our mission playing in PRIMERA, but we will be glad to have at least one for two years.

Boca Juniors is coming to Utah July 24th to play against Real Salt Lake MLS soccer team. All you BOCA fans - here is your chance to see them play in UTAH. Details on MLS.net, under Real Salt Lake team page. I wish I lived in Utah so I could go see them play. For those that go, enjoy! BOCA will be going to the FIFA Club World Cup in December in Japan this year, since they won the Copa Libertadores!

Missionaries who served during 1990-92 may be interested, but saddened, in the passing of Sister Lois Glad Anderson.
She and her husband (he passed away two years ago) served in San Juan and San Rafael. Funeral services for Sister Anderson will be held Saturday, March 18, 2006, at the following address in Fullerton, CA: 2850 N. State College Blvd.
Sister Eastwood and I visited with her for a short time on Friday, 10 March and she was thinking of meeting again with her husband.
