Hi there, it's been quite a while since I served my mission and I'm planning on going back to visit Arizona next february with my youngest daughter who is .....13 years old....already. I'm looking for the names and addresses of some members I met during my mission. So if some body can help me with that I would appreciate.
Now a little bit about me. I married a swiss member the same year I returned from my mission. I have been living in Switzerland for 22 years. I have 5 children aged 21 to 13, 3 boys and 2 daughters. I got separated from my husband who has been excommunicated, and got divorced a year ago. My sons chose to live like their dad. My daughters are active in the church. Now that they are grown up, I try to travel or do things I couldn't do when the kids were young and living with me.
I love to visit the temples. Last may I attended the Salt lake temple, Timpanogos temple. Last november I attended the Washington DC temple, Raleigh temple and Madrid,Spain temple. I hope I can attend some temple in Arizona in february. I learned how to make flour tortillas while on my mission and helped my ex husband run a mexican burrito restaurant before we got divorced.
I served in my wards as young women president, sunday school teacher, relief society counselor, primary president and right now I'm working in the activities committee.
My testimony is continually growing especially along these past few years with separation, divorce, kids's choices, and now with searching for a new eternal mate. And I have been blessed with comfort during hard times and with energy when facing challenges. I'm so grateful for that.
Here are the names of the companions I served with: Sis. Mullins, Sis. Thompson, Sis.Cathy Anderson from Chicago, Sis. Valerie Johnson from Canada, Sis. Ula Leiataua from Tonga.
Hope I can find some people I knew after so many years.
