As a result, they sent me the map below showing the boundaries which I hope are still accurate:

Some of the cities included are: Pie Town (NM), Show Low, Chandler, Tempe, Coolidge, Casa Grande, Buckeye, Gila Bend, Ajo, and Yuma.
