Robert B. Schwartz, 58, Rexburg 6th Ward, Rexburg Idaho East Stake; high councilor; former high councilor, member of stake mission presidency, bishop and counselor, ward mission leader, branch president's counselor, and missionary in the North German Mission; professor of German at Ricks College; received bachelor's degree in German from Utah State University, master's degree in German from Michigan State University, and attended Goethe Institute on a Fulbright Scholarship; born in Preston, Idaho, to Gottfried and Irene Beutler Schwartz; married Barbara Koontz, six children. She is a former stake missionary, ward Primary president's counselor and teacher, nursery leader, Sunday School and Relief Society teacher, member of activities committee, Primary and Relief Society chorister, ward chorister, Scout advancement chairman, and Blazer leader; received associate's degree in elementary education from Ricks College and bachelor's degree in elementary education from Utah State University; born in Dillon, Mont., to Sherman Ivan and Emma June Brown Craven Koontz. |
