After serving 3 months in Manly ward as a missionary I have returned. On completion of my mission I married Manly member, Anthony Poole. My husband is now Bishop of Manly ward and has been for 5 years. I am a mother of 3 boys and 1 girl. My husband and I now make preparations for our children to serve missions. Our eldest boy is 8 and he'll be on a mission before "we know it". I am very grateful to have served a mission and I am grateful for the spirit I felt as a missionary and the spirit I feel now as my family and I strive to be diligent in the gospel. It's funny how things work out! I'm still on a mission, only a different one now. There are lots of stepping stones in life and my proselyting mission was one of the major ones which prepared me for the mission I have now of raising a family. Anyway, I'm grateful to be back in my favourite missionary ward - Manly! |
