Comments:
My wife and I have four boys, a senior in HS and three with families. The oldest, Warren, served a Spanish-speaking mission in El Paso. He is an engineer at a nuclear research facility in Idaho and has a baby girl. Berret served in Guatemala. He is an accountant at a manufacturing company in Idaho Falls and has a baby girl. Kurt has two sons and is working on a degree in IT network security in Portland, OR. Luke is finishing HS and will have his Associate Degree at the same time. He's preparing for his mission by teaching primary lessions to the 11-year old granddaughter of a sister we home teach, as she prepares for the missionary lessons and baptism. Her parents and grandmother are less active and she has very little knowledge of the church. But we (Luke is my companion) have been blessed in our HT efforts and have had wonderful experiences. I have truly been blessed with four great sons, all of whom have helped me be a better home teacher and father. I am greatful for the companions I had in the field who helped me be a better missionary. I feel I have been forged in the fire of life. Thanks be to God and the grace of His Son that I stand today with a firm knowledge and testimony of the truth.
