Language(s) spoken:English | Areas Served: Rockingham | Your Occupation: Mining Safety Officer | Spouse: David (deceased) | Comments: Our family was baptised back in 1974 - Jenny Kingston and her 6 kids. We were baptised wityh the Pearson family and just after the Bennet family.
I am recently widowed (three years now - Dave died of cancer after a couple of years battling it). I have two children - Scott and Kate. Both with families of their own and happy.
We welcomed many missionaries into our family and life and we have so many good memories. Baptisms on the beach, visiting Penguin Island, lots of basketball, bikies verses the missionaries in Rocko, fig fights, invvestigators and so on.. It'd be great ot touch base with those who served and can add to this list.
I have been living in a very small bush town for the past 20 years and working in the mining industgry for many years and am a Safety Advisor. I'm currrently working my way around Australia in a 21 foot caravan as Dave and I had planned to do this year. So it's about finding myself and enjoying the country as well as talking the ear off of anyone that stands still long enough. |
