The spirit guides 30 Sep 2001
It happened one stormy night in North Sydney, when my companion, Sister Tina Smith, and I decided that we would tract this final building in the block. All our members were away and it looked like the night was going to be a complete waste if we didn't find someone to teach. With a song in a our hearts and the desire to teach off we went. As we entered the building this feeling of dread overcame me. I looked to my companion and she seemed pretty determined to go on so I kept going. A few steps further we both stopped, looked at each other and turned and left. When we went outside we both confessed to feeling like we were being physically stopped from going any further. While we didn't find anyone to teach that night it showed us that the spirit is always the strongest when you are doing the Lords work.
