We have 7 children, 6 girls followed by a boy. All the children are married and we have 18 grandchildren with another on the way. I received a BS from BYU in Chemical Engineering and a MS from MIT in Nuclear Engineering. I served as a US Army Officer in Infantry and Nuclear Weapons and retired in 1994. I am currently on the faculty of the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls, Idaho, and am the Department Chair of the Department of Mathematics, Engineering and Computer Science. I have served as a High Councilor, Bishop, and am currently the 1st Counselor in the Kimberly Idaho Stake Presidency. In a side note I was posted to SHAPE in Mons, Belgium as an Army Captain and Major [mid-1980s]and served as the Stake Mission President and then as a Bishop while there. In a later assignment I was posted to Verona, Italy [mid-1990s], and served on the High Council. |
