For anyone who has a son preparing for their missions to Belo Horizante East, or is currently serving, the following email group is outstanding for helping moms prepare and to keep updated on how to mail packages etc. to their missionaries. Lot's of support.
If you served in the mission it would be helpful too to have you join and tell us what we need to know about the mission areas that you served in that may be where our sons and daughters are currently! It is a great resource.

Dear Missionaries, March 2003
We are once again preparing for our missionary reunion on Friday, April 4, 2003. We will need your help in inviting companions and all other returned BH CeLeste missionaries. Please help us get the word out!! This e-mail notice will be the official notice and invitation for the reunion. Your guests, wives and babies are invited! Please forward this e-mail notice to other returned missionaries. (We only have about 50% of our missionaries current e-mail addresses.) It has been one year since our last official reunion and all of us are anxious to get an update of your past years activities.
We are asking each of you to RSVP to President and Sister Burgess by March 23rd or no later than April 2nd. Please let us know yes or no by an e-mail or phone call. We need to have a good count for our food preparation. We would love to hear from each of you! Thank you for taking the time to do this.
We look forward to seeing each of your and having another special reunion. Our reunion in April one year ago was outstanding!! We again will have a short program with plenty of time to socialize.
We will meet in the Sego Lily Chapel, as we have in the past reunions, 2100 East 10310 South, Sandy, Utah. Hope to see each of you there. Please help us pass the word!!

Continue on Sego Lily Dr. (approx. one mile). You will see the Chapel on the left at about 2100 East.
ALLOW 90 MINUTES FROM PROVO AND OGDEN FOR TRAVEL TIME. WITH ALL THE CONFERENCE, MISSIONARY REUNIONS AND CONSTRUCTION TRAFFIC IT TAKES AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES TO ARRIVE. Queridos Missionários,
We hope that you are all doing well and are happy and busy. Sister
Burgess and I wish you all a very happy holiday season and the best of
luck in your up coming final exams, work and family activities.
Christmas is a very special time and we find ourselves reflecting and
thinking of the Christmas times in the mission field in Brasil. Holding
special "Christmas" zone conferences, singing the Christmas Hymns in
Portuguese with companions, districts and with the wonderful members and
investigators. What special memories! We cherish those experiences that
we enjoyed together with you while we served the Lord.
Sister Burgess and I would like to invite each of you and your wives,
girlfriends and babies to a little holiday get together at our home on
Saturday, December 28th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Elder Rafael Rebicki and
his wife Caroline from Curitiba, will be visiting with us during the
holidays and they are very excited to see everyone too. For those of you
who are leaving the state for the holidays we will have a special FHE with
Elder Rebicki on Jan. 6th at our home beginning at 6:30, before he flies
out the next day for Brasil. We hope that these two dates will work out
for all of you. We will be excited to see you and get a update of what is
taking place in your life. PLEASE PASS THE WORD!!! because we don't have
everyone's e-mail address. If you could please RSVP one way or another by
the 25th that would be helpful. Sister Burgess and I and Elder Rebicki
would love to see each of you on the 28th or the 6th.

Hello, I went on a mission in 95-97 to Ribeirão Preto. I served in a city
called Uberlandia for 7 months. I became great friends with a young man
that later served in the Belo Horizonte East mission. I am trying to get
in contact with him. If you have an info on him can you please contact me.
