Living in the Northwest, north of Spokane. Have 5 kids and a wonderful wife of 17 years (2007). Serving in the Bishopric in a wonderful ward. I think of President Wray, what a great man! Glad to have known him. Thanks to all my companions who worked with me. Had a great mission. -Elder Carter
