She is ward Relief Society president; former seminary teacher, stake YWMIA president and counselor, and ward YWMIA president and teacher, and Primary president; received bachelor's degree in education from University of Utah and master's degree in administration from Iona University in New Rochelle, N.Y.; school principal; born in Salt Lake City to Lewis G. and Julia Elaine Coles Strong.
