How's the church doing in Vietnam? 19 May 2010
Hi, A few years ago I had an internship in Vietnam. I spent 3 months in Ho Chi Minh, and 1 month in Hanoi. While there, the branch was talking about the government's progress in letting the Church grow in Vietnam. How have things been going lately? When I was there, the Branch in Ho Chi Minh was getting pretty large, but no proselyting was allowed yet? Any new developments?

Thanks,
Matthew

worried mom 25 Oct 2009
My son is living in Phnom Penh teaching English at an English school, and I'm very worried. He is a member of the Church, served a mission in Tokyo, Japan, but has since become inactive. The only way I have to contact him is through email, and I haven't heard from him since mid July. His name is Thad Groch. If anyone has a contact number for the mission there, please email me, and I will forward it to my son. I don't know what it will take to get him reactivated, but I know he needs the gospel in his life. I assume there are many English schools there. If anyone comes across him, please tell him to call or email his mom. Thank you so much! Love, Sister Groch

Foods etc in Cambodia 04 Jun 2009
Hi,
My son Josh Isabell just arrived in Cambodia on May 20th. I am wondering if someone can give me any hints about good things to send him from home. What things were not found their that missionaries miss and would be practical to send. He is in Kampung Thom. Any suggestions would be wonderful.

Mission Call 30 Mar 2009
Hey I recieved my mission call in february and enter the MTC in may. I am very excited but would love to hear some good advice such as things to bring/not to bring/wished that you brang, good stories, mission tips, anything that you wished you had previously known, what the work is like there, what areas of the country are open, when vietnam may open, and anything else interesting and helpful for a new missionary. I am very excited and would really appreciate it.
