Presently as you can see I live in Palmyra. I live a 1/2 mile north of the Sacred Grove and Joseph Smith home and now the Temple. It is a nice area in the summer. The winters are hard. I have 5 children. 19 - 11. The two oldest live with me and the yonger ones with the mom. I have been divorced for just a little while. Tough situation. My kids are my life. I teach Sunday School 15-16 yr olds. It is great. I have had many chances to sing for many things while here and met the prophet on many occasions. I have been here for 12 years. Moved here from Southern Cal. Big change.
I am a buyer and travle to Asia often to purchase items for the goods that the company I work for makes here in Rochester. It has been great to travel that much and to see China. What a perspective it brings to life. To see these people with nothing and yet they are happy. The Hong Long Temple is really neat as well.
My oldest daughter told me about this web site as her missionary is out in the field for 3 months now. He is serving in Pu |
