Consulting economist. Born in Ogden, Utah, to George Forest Rhodes Sr. and Barbara Joan Miller Rhodes. Married Joan Ann Maddox, four children.
A ward Relief Society president, Sister Rhodes is a former ward Primary president, counselor in a stake Relief Society presidency and stake missionary. Born in Granite City, Ill., to Robert Alvin and Madeline Maxine Elledge Maddox. |
