On Friday, July 25, 2008 at 6:00 pm at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building in Salt Lake City, we are going to hold the Canada-Halifax +30 missionary reunion for all missionaries who served with President Baker. We anticipate having dinner, a short program, lots of great conversation and a continuous computerized slide presentation of missionaries, investigators, members, converts and scenes from the mission. The cost is $30.00 per person, $60.00 per couple. Checks should be made payable to Merlin O. Baker and mailed to him at 1810 Peyton Ct., Salt Lake City, Utah 84117.
For the computerized slide presentation, we need two photographs from you: missionaries, investigators, converts and members. Also, if you still have contact with members in the mission, we would like you to request that they send you a recent photograph of their family. Please send all photographs to Andy Thompson, 1369 West 10690 South, South Jordan, Utah 84095. Please write your name on the reverse side of your photographs.
As a committee, we are all excited of the prospect of seeing you at the reunion. We scheduled the missionary reunion in the summer near the 24th holiday so that hopefully many of the out- of-state missionaries could arrange to attend.
