If ANYONE knows how I can contact the Coates family (Who used to live in Orangeville but may have moved) Please let me know ASAP. They emailed me the other day and I would love to get in touch with them, but the email address they wrote from is not in service anymore. If any of my comps are reading this, give me a shout! I would love to hear from all of you and I have lost most of the addresses that I had.
Thanks!

Any chance the venue for the next reunion could be moved closer to SLC? (Maybe Centerville, or Bountiful.) I left two hours early for the reunion, but I wasn't the only person going north (rush hour), so I decided it would be better to turn around and go home rather than fight traffic. I sure would like to have attended. Maybe next time.

I was on here the other day, and was pretty sure that I saw a notice for a mission reunion with Pres. Satterthwaite for the 3rd of October. Was I just dreaming or is it for real? And info about this would be VERY helpful. Thanks! :þ

For all of you who know Sister Lisa Simons who served in our mission from somewhere around the 1993 to 1995 time frame, we have some sad news. Her husband, Jeremiah Kirk Johnson, was tragically killed in a car accident while on duty with the police department in Castle Dale, Utah on May 27, 2003. They have three small children and his funeral will be on Saturday. Our thoughts and prayers are with them at this time. An obituary can be found in the Salt Lake Tribune under the obituary section at www.sltrib.com

Hey,
I'm just trying to catch up with any Sista's or Elder's that I served with.
If anyone knows how I can get a hold of Sister Fisher or Sister Miles, that would be outstanding.
I'd love to hear from anyone and everyone who was in the same hood as me at the time that I served.

I just got back from the CTWM today after a six day visit and has an awesome trip. I am so glad I was able to go. I was able to witness all of the temple ordinances being done for Brother Haig Pinsent from North Bay, including the sealing of his wife, Faith, to him and eight of their children last Thursday (April 10th). What an incredible spiritual experience that was. All of the Pinsent family are doing well and I was also able to see the McMullens' and Etches' from N.B. while there, too. I stayed in Brampton with the Watkin family formerly of North Bay and had a wonderful visit with them. The CTWM rocks! If anyone would like any update info. I can give them from North Bay or the CTWM (what I know), please write and I'll be happy to share what I know.

I was wondering if anyone knows what documents I might need to take with me when I go back to Canada next month to visit the mission field again? I am going up there for six days in early April and since 9/11/01, I don't know if there has been any changes to the documents we need to cross the border from the States. When I was there in '94-'95, all we needed was I.D. and a birth certificate. If I need anything else, I'd appreciate any information anyone might be able to give me regarding that. Thank you.

Hi everyone. Sister Faith Pinsent from North Bay and her family will be getting sealed on April 10th, and she would love to hear from some of the missionaries who served in that area, especially some of the Elders who were close to her husband, Haig. If you served in North Bay and would like to get in contact with Sister Pinsent, e-mail me and I'll get your message to her or get you in contact with her. I have the priveledge of going back to the CTWM next month for the sealing and I'm very excited about it.

Does anyone know if we are having a mission reunion with President and Sister Potter this year? They mentioned once that they'd like to have one in April, but I haven't heard anything since. If anyone knows anything about a reunion, I'd appreciate the information. Thanks.

Hi everyone! I have the wonderful opportunity of returning to the mission field in April to attend the sealing of a very special family from North Bay. The Haig & Faith Pinsent family will be sealed in the Toronto Temple on April 10, 2003. Sister Pinsent was very instrumental in our work as a friendshipper and went out on splits with us a lot. She is a convert of about 25 years now and all ten of their kids are members. Five of them served missions, as well. Brother Pinsent never did join the church, but was very supportive of them in the church. He passed away in December 2001 from a heart problem, and was closer to the church at the time of his passing. Their youngest daughter, Helen, is getting married on April 11th in North Bay.
I am planning to return to Canada for this special event and will be staying in Brampton for several days with the David & Jill Watkin family, also of North Bay (now living in Brampton).
For anyone who served in North Bay, Brother Jim Duffy, Sr. passed away about two weeks ago or so from a heart attack, I believe. His family was active in the church at the time I was there in late 1994 to early 1995, but unfortunately they didn't stay active. The people in North Bay are doing well and the ward is great. I look forward to this trip back to the mission field.
