Mission Home
This was the mission home for both the Alaskan-Candain Mission and then the Canada Vancouver Mission. It was located at 5055 Connaught Drive in Vancover. This beautiful, 35 room mansion, erected in 1920, was purchased by the L.D.S. Church in December, 1960, redecorarted and dedicated as a mission home. Situated in the Shaugnessy Heights area, the home with its lovely grounds and garden had become a popular tourist attraction. Thanks to Jack Feldman for the winter shot of the home.
