I really enjoyed Colombia. I still speak Spanish. I go to Mexico a lot, especially Saltillo, I help out the Fire Department there. I have been a firefigher in Austin for 16 years. I have a degree from Univ. of Texas in Austin - Latin American Studies and Geography. I would love to hear from my companions. My wife is Lydia Marques, she is a professor of Spanish and Portuguese. We have one son, Gabriel Thelonious. (I am a big jazz fan). He is 5 years old. I like jazz, blues and latin american music, especially vallenato and musica folklorica. I enjoy birdwatching a lot and have been to various places in the Carrib. and central and south america to go birding. I would love to see any of you again. Next time you are in Austin, look me up. I'll show you the town. |
