I'm looking for any surviving Bowler-era missionaries out there. I know we all turned out so ultra-successful in life that we don't have time to keep in touch, but it would be nice to hear how y'all are doing. Drop me a line sometime and let me know what you're up to. Maybe we could conjugate a few Spanish verbs in all fourteen tenses and see if all that early-morning studying paid off. :)

Meservy, y Pedro Ortiz, ambos de Los Angeles, Calif, que fueron en mision durante 1971-1973 (Quinten Hunsaker-Mission President) y a todos mis Hnos de la Rama de Los Yoses, de aquel entonces, y en especial a Victor Hugo y Jorge Solano-Rodriguez. Cuando ni todavia eramos estaca, y solo dos Ramas en San Jose!

Hi everybody, just wanted to know if anybody has an idea where Elder Omar Marroquin from San Salvador, El Salvador is currently. He served in the mission home under Pres. Shurtleff from 1981 to 1982 (aya, that is like an eternity ago). Would be grateful if you all could give me some info on his whereabouts, his address or even better email address. I surely appreciate all your help on this.

Si hay alguien por ahí que fuera misionero en la misión Costa Rica, San José durante los años 77 a 79, que me escriban y que platiquemos algo. Soy Jim Ryder (Elder), y tuve tantas experiencias hermosísimas en aquel entonces que me encantaría ponerme en contacto con tanto como mis compañeros de la mision que con cualquiera que se acuerde de mí.
Recibí un mensage de una reunion de los 25 años y no puedo creer que hayan pasado tantos años. De pronto pondré unas fotos para que se acuerden algunos con mas facilidad.... antes de que se me cumplan otros 25 años .

Tengo amigos que pronto van en vacaciones a Costa Rica. Hablan Espanol, y no les importa viajar como gringos. Les gustaria ver el pais con gias locales, y no quieren ultilizar los "tour companies". Por favor, si conocen algunas personas ali que tienen su propio negocio de tourismo, y conocen de lugares baratas al visitar o dormir, que me contacta...!

I am very excited, but I know nothing of the people or their culture.....if you guys could help me out with an idea of what to gear up for, it would really help me out. for one, what is the number one key to servival?...other then the sciptures :-)
