: This is a GREAT mission, and you will enjoy serving in a beautiful country among a friendly, welcoming people who are receptive to the Gospel. You will soon receive an official welcome packet from the Mission, and it contains all the information you will need to buy your clothing, toileties, etc. You can buy many American products here now (including candy, Domino's pizza, Wendy's, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts). We have an American mission doctor, so you really don't need to worry about medical treatment while you are here. Please don't listen to missionaries who returned some time ago who may tell you to buy 100% cotton pants (like Dockers). They are actually hotter than the recommended sturdy washable wool/polyester blend. All the Elders in our mission now are told to wear ONLY dark pants that will hold a crease.
