Sister, the one who won is that one from Constanza (the coldest town in the whole country). She was a beautiful dominican green eyed blonde.
There was another one from "la capital" (Santo Domingo) who was way too good looking, but we all know that it is just one who wins.
It's a shame, but I have to say that all of them were "air heads" and they didn't even know how to speak......shiz!
