TOUR CONDITIONS
INCLUDED IN BASIC TOUR PRICE -----------------------------
AIR TRANSPORTATION: Transportation is in economy class on regularly
scheduled IATA Airline based on nonrefundable, non-interlineable fare. A portion
of the air may use a regular non- IATA scheduled charter. Tickets must be paid
for no less than 30 days before departure.
LAND TRANSPORTATION: As
specified in the respective tour itineraries. Buses used are modern, large
windowed, air regulated vehicles specially designed for comfortable touring and
sightseeing.
HOTELS: Your hotels are carefully selected in each
category. The right is reserved to substitute hotels should this become
necessary for any reason whatsoever. Our Company will endeavor to substitute
hotels of similar category. Prices are based on two persons sharing a twin
bedded room with private facilities and will be assigned on a run of the house
basis. Single Room Occupancy: a certain number of single rooms are available at
an additional cost as shown elsewhere. This charge does not reflect superior
accommodations, but is imposed by the hotels for the privilege of privacy and
does not provide for the right of occupancy of a twin-bedded room for sole use.
We will do all possible to accommodate requests from single tour members
travelling alone who wish to share hotel accommodations with another tour
member, HOWEVER, the individual tour member is subject to payment of the single
supplement if such share arrangements are not possible prior to or during the
tour.
MEALS: As specified. No credit will be allowed for unused
meals while on tour.
TRANSFERS: Transfers will be provided on arrival
and departure from airports, to and from hotels on itineraries. Transfers are
based on group travel. Individuals who deviate from the standard touring program
will be responsible for transfers after departure from the group itinerary. If
an extension is purchased on an individual basis, transfers will not necessarily
be included. SIGHTSEEING: As specified in the itineraries and will include the
services of Fully Accredited guides. SERVICE CHARGES: Taxes and service charges
normally payable on any service mentioned in the itinerary including government
and local taxes are included. Exclusions are listed in the Not Included
section.

US Departure Taxes of , Visa Fees to
any destination visited if needed. Gratuities to drivers and local guides are
not included unless specified otherwise. We recommend a collection taken at the
end of the trip among all tour members for the driver and guide who handled your
group averaging $3./person/day for guide and $2./person/day for driver. A
tipping pool of $22.00 will be collected prior to departure for disbursement
overseas for payment to hotel staff including Maid service, Dining Room
services, Front desk personnel and portage. Passports, Vaccinations, meals not
specified in the program and tour conditions, optional excursions, excess
baggage charges, accident and baggage insurance, transportation not specified in
the itinerary, beverages out of hotel,such as soft drinks, laundry and items of
a personal nature, and airport departure taxes where applicable are not
included.
PAYMENT --------------------------------------------------------------
CREDIT CARD CHARGES: When using a credit card to pay for your tour, please add a 5% processing charge to the cost of the tour.
PAYMENT PROCEDURES: A deposit of $350.00 per person is due before any reservation will be confirmed. Full payment is required in our office 30 days before departure. The right is reserved to cancel any reservation not fully paid at that time, and to apply the appropriate cancellation charges. All bookings received less than 30 days before departure must be accompanied by full payment plus a Late Booking Fee of $50.00 by Cashier’s Check or Money Order payable to our Company and mailed or wired to our office in the Dominican Republic.
CANCELLATIONS: For Cancellations up to 30 days prior to departure, there will be a Service Charge of $200.00. Cancelllations from 29 days to 20 days before departure are subject to a $250 Service Charge. Cancellations received 15 to 10 days prior to departure will be assessed a total of 50% of the tour cost. 10 to 7 days prior to departure, a total of 90% of the tour cost will be charged. Within 7 days prior to departure, the charge will be full cancellation penalty All Cancellation Charges will be assessed from the day Written Notification is received in our office. No cancellations are effective through Telephone Notification. All claims for refund must be made within thirty days after termination of tour in writing. . TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND IS AVAILABLE THROUGH OUR OFFICE AT APPROXIMATELY $11.00/day.
Tour itineraries and dates may be affected by changes caused by transport or conveyance or other services provided in various countries. The right is reserved to withdraw any tour in this program, to make alterations in itineraries found desirable for the convenience of the parties and the proper carrying out of the tours, and to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time.
All rates shown or otherwise indicated are based upon present values of foreign currency in relation to the US dollar and on current fare tariffs, and are subject to adjustment in the event of changes therein.
BAGGAGE: Baggage is limited to one piece of luggage and one carry-on per person. Additional charges incurred due to excessive baggage will be charged by airlines and transport companies on demand. Baggage is at owner’s risk at all times. Any transport or conveyance companies mentioned or provided shall have no responsibility or liability to any passenger, except as common carriers, and they shall have no liability during the time the passengers are not on the particular tour or conveyance.
VISAS: This tour package may travel via New York, or Miami enroute .us citizens do not need a visa to enter the Dominican Republic. Non US citizens are responsible to verify any visa requirements for travel into our country While we will help assist Non US citizens or passengers with any visa requirements, we cannot be responsible to know the visa requirements for countries other than US citizens. Note that PASSPORTS AND TOURIST CARD FOR ALL US CITZENS ARE REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL ON THIS ITINERARY.
