I am his brother Ryan, I served in the England Birmingham Mission and our missions overlaped by six months. President Taggart allowed me the opportunity to visit Mark while he was serving in Newcastle-Emlyn. Truely a day I will never forget and the last day I will see my brother in this mortal existence. Mark served with vigor and loved the English people more then he could express. He loved his companions and learned from each of them. He still serves. And will for a long time to come. Mark we miss you, and we love you. May God comfort us with his spirit. And may we all strive to Return With Honor.
