Other Comments

I worked in accounting for nearly 20 years, then changed direction, and worked with 'Students at Risk' at a High School, then a Jr. High School. I married Ken Ingram in May, 1989 and with that marriage came 4 stepchildren and their spouses: Kenny - Mike & Susie - Cari - Kim & Clint. We have 5 of the most beautiful grandchildren in the world, and I love being a grandmother. We moved from Roy, Utah to Ivins, Utah in June of 1999. Ivins is just 8 miles NW of St. George, Ut. We love it here, and only have two regrets We didn't do it sooner, and our kids are still up North. (However, they come to visit often, and we go back there.)
I am currently serving in the Ivins 4th Ward as Relief Society President, which keeps me busy.
I would love to hear from other missionaries, to see what has happened in your lives. In 1998 Ken & I returned to England. It was so great to go back and see the growth of the members. We spent 6 wonderful weeks with Nigel & Carol Gillingham and their family in Bournemouht and France. We were also able to spend time with Bill & Marie Giles and their family. I hope to be able to go back again soon. Feb. 2011; Here is an update: I now have 7 of the most wonderful grandchildren! My husband, Ken, passed away in September 2009, after many years of health problems, and I miss him very musch, and am so thankful for the Gospel! I spent 6 weeks in May of 2010 in France with The Gillinghams and had a wonderful time there. The now own a home two doors away from me in Ivins, Ut. so we get to see each other more often. I would love to know if anyone knows the whereabouts of Waltraud "Sammy" Sammer.
