Comments:
After my mission, I got married and had 4 children. This marriage ended in divorce in 2003. During my divorce, President jarman mentioned to me that Steve Allen from our mission was also going through divorce. The last time I had seen him was when he and Elder Knighton dropped me off at the airport when I left the mission. A few months later when we were both divorced, we became re-aquainted and started a long-distance relationship. We fell madly in love and got married in 2004. Elder Knighton, Elder Booth, Sister Booth and Sister Arts were at our wedding. I think maybe Elder Cole was there, too. I'll have to look at the pictures We live in the Seattle area where Steve works for Microsoft. We are still trying to finish our honeymoon. We keep getting interruped with our 10 children. (He has 6) Steve has been in several bishoprics and currently teaches Primary/Scouts. I have been everything in Primary from President to assistant nursery leader. I have been on "church calling haitus" for about a month. We'll see how long it take the bishop to figure out I don't have a calling. Robin Knowles ( a member from Rawtenstall that some may remember) and I hosted a mission reunion in 1998 at the Preston Marriott Hotel in conjunction with the Preston Temple open house. We saw a bunch of former missionaries from Europe and England. It was fun. I'll try to get some photos from Robin to post. I was a flight attendant for 4 years and love to travel. I currently work very part time cleaning the Seattle Temple (my first outside job in 12 years!) I have the world's greatest husband who loves the Lord, our children and me! Life is great!
