Here's my recipe for creme fraiche and it works really well.
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp. buttermilk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
whip it up, cover, let stand for 24-30 hours a temperature ambiant, chill and then enjoy that fatty goodness. There's a place in Holladay that sells creme fraiche called "The Store." It's about 6200 south and Highland drive.

A great resource for finding addresses and phone numbers if www.pagesjaunes.fr (it includes the white pages we all know and love from the minitel). Just search for Eglise de Jesus Christ des Saints des Derniers jours (or some shortened form) you used to be able to locate missionnary appartments this way to, until they all got partables! (at least in Toulouse). There is also a photographic map of select cities. It's like taking a little cruise through Nantes, Marseille, Toulouse...

Hey all. For anyone who served in Perigueux and knew Delphine Ricotte, her mom was baptised in August. I was able to go back for the baptism, and if anyone knows about the history of Delphine and her mother.. this is quite a big deal. If anyone would like to send any kind of letter or card for felictiations that would be cool. Send them to the Ramos house. Also, Frere Ramos is the new Branch President.

You know whats weird is we ended up getting a place together in Provo, then I moved back to s. cali and we kind of lost contact. So Im not sure where he could be. He once told me he was gonna finish 4 years at the "Y" then go back to the "maple leaf" to DDS school and join his dads practice. So thats all I know.
