My husband is just finishing up his PhD in Recreation/Youth Leadership and is starting his first year as a professor at BYU (it's great to be 28 and have my husband just now finishing up his school...yes, 28:)) We recently bought a home and moved to Mapleton Utah. We both said we would never live in Happy Valley...never say never I guess. We love it here so far and everything is going fantastic. I think this is the friendliest area that we have ever lived in. We have 3 boys ages 6, 4, and 4 months old. They are so great and full of energy (rationalization for certain behaviors:) In a house full of boys I am learning about all possible body functions and how they elicite immediate uproar and laughter.
I have been a personal trainer for the last 8 years and am finally able to "just" stay home...I love it! I plan on getting my masters starting next year. I hope that goes well.
