After graduating from the Naval Academy I went back to Germany to study political science at the University of Heidelberg. While I was there I met Carla and we got married after dating for a few months. We lived in Newport, RI; Yokosuka, Japan; and Jacksonville, FL before getting out of the Navy a in Oct. 2006. We're headed back to BYU in August so I can get a real master's degree!
