Arrived in Guatamala City June 18, 2002. Was assistent district leader in MTC. Served in Canalitos, Atlantico, Guatemala. His companion was Elder Ainu'u from American Samoa. They had many spiritual experiences. He loved it there. Then he worked as an Office Elder in the new mission office with Elders Barker and Foisy. He also got to work with investigators.. Then he was transferred to Carcha (Part of the Alta Verapaz Section--close to Coban) He loved it there. He worked with Elder Cerrato from Nicaragua. He said, "He's awesome! One of the coolest things about this change is...get this: I'm now a part of the K'ekchi' Program!!!" Then he was transferred to Turucu in Polochic. He had a few families he taught there. Then in Chulac with Elder Armstrong. He had lots of spiritual experiences there--it is one of the oldest parts of the mission. He is a district leader and is in Senahu With Elder Estrada. He is very happy and would love to stay. |
