Biography: Roberto Ocampo, 48, from Barrio Ideal, San Pedro Sula Stake, has been a mission president counselor, regional representative, stake president, district president, bishop and the Director of the Education System in Honduras. He graduated with a bachelor of science and letters from the Minerva Institute and obtained the 'pedagogía' degree from the North Regional University. Born in El Porvenir, Honduras, son of Fausto and Claudina Reyes Ocampo. Married Argentina Martínez and together they have 7 children.
Argentina Martínez served as the Visiting Teachers Director, and has been the Stake Primary President, Stake Young Women's President, Stake Relief Society President, Primary President, Seminary Teacher, and Youth Sunday School Coordinator. Born in Azacualpa, Honduras, daughter of Jesús y Rubenia Santacreu Martínez.

Biography: Allan Gene Austin, 63, Chapel Hill Ward, Durham North Carolina Stake; high counselor and institute teacher; lived in El Salvador from 1991 to 1998, former mission president's counselor (in El Salvador), stake president's counselor, bishop's counselor, district president, branch president, and missionary and counselor to mission president in Argentine Mission; retired executive for Research Triangle Institute, received bachelor's degree in political science from Brigham Young University, and doctorate in public administration from New York University; university Political Science Professor at Fredonia State University--part of the New York state university system, for twenty years; born in Long Beach, Calif., to Marion John and Helen Dalley Austin. Married Kathleen Elaine Kent and together they have six children (youngest, Raven, 16, living with parents in Tegucigalpa), and almost nine grandchildren.
