The purpose of this section is to post any information you may have that does not fit in the News section. This section could be considered more informal and you can use it to post messages directed at a smaller group of individuals, ask mission related questions, or post various comments that you may have.

If you would like to post church news relating to the mission or important information you have heard from the mission field, you should direct yourself to the News section. You may also post wedding announcements, births, deaths or any other significant life events that you wish the majority of the alumni to be aware of in that section.

Please remember to keep the content of your posting in harmony with the nature of this site and also with the spirit and mission of the Church. Any postings that do not meet the above requirements will be altered or rejected at the discretion of the site's administrator.

Mission Reunion Information/Plea for help!	25 Jan 2002
So I just got back from a trip to Tucano's with Matheson and we decided a couple of things about having a reunion. 1. We want to always have our reunions the Friday before April General Conference. A lot of missions do both Oct and Apr reunions, but we firmly believe in quality, not quantity (well, and we're lazy hogs). 2. Since most of us are here at BYU, we'll plan to have this year's reunion in Provo. 3. It will be on April 5 (7-9pm). 4. We're keeping this to an Oliva Reunion exclusively. Anyway, we sure hope everyone can come. Please circle it on your calendars. We'll let you know more information as soon as we can. Also, PLEASE PLEASE send me suggestions on what you want to do for the reunion. We've thought about making a video for the Olivas and doing some other stuff. This is YOUR reunion, so tell us what you want. We're more than happy to organize it for all of you guys. Email me at dff@email.byu.edu with any suggestions. You're all the GREATEST!

Is nice to know that there a website of the mission, if you want to know something about Guatemala yo know what to do. Seeing that pict of Rubi and Derek just made me realize that some of you might not know what happened to Rubi. While she was on a school trip her and some of her friends were in a car accident, and all but one of them were killed including Rubi. It was an emotional time for the missionaries, but I really admire the Olivas and how that handled it. That is a great family.

Tuifua remember that Friday night we were supposed to go over to the Ocampos house for dinner but instead we went went dancing at Kristhianes house with her girlfriends from Switzerland? Than was so much fun! I sure do miss the mission...:)

Heck yeah I'll throw a party... anything to get together with the boyz. Besides, it's not everyday that we're graced with Hall's presence up here in Zion. I can't promise we'll have a fireworks show of Oliva magnitude, but we'll see what we can't come up with! Also, does anyone know the whereabouts of Elder Turnbow? I miss that kid and would KILL to know what he's up to. Anyone know his email or where he goes to school?

I hate to say this because it is so obvious, but email all the people you know that served in the mission and tell them to sign up, that way, we can mantenernos en contacto with those we love, like Dallan and Marty.
