Neil ``C'' Twitchell, 62, Fairview Ward, Henderson Nevada Lake Mead Stake; regional representative; former stake president and counselor, high councilor, stake clerk, assistant stake clerk, temple ordinance worker, and seminary teacher; former public relations director for Boulder Dam Area Council of Boy Scouts of America; received bachelor's degree from College of Southern Utah and master's degree from University of Nevada; born in Springdale, Utah, to Clin Henry and Elva Larene Crawford Twitchell; married Wanda Vee Avery, six children. She is a temple ordinance worker, Primary secretary, and Church Educational System specialist; former stake Relief Society president's counselor, stake Young Women president's counselor, stake girls camp director, family history center worker, Relief Society president, and Young Women president and counselor; attended College of Southern Utah; born in Venice, Utah, to Cyrus Lincoln and Amy Collings Avery.
