(July 31, 2006) Our family continues to grow. We have twelve grandchildren currently, and are enjoying the grandparent role! We continue to stay involved with the farm, raising potatoes, sweet corn, hay, grain, pumpkins, and fall ornamentals. Much of our farm ground is being sold for development as the inevitable growth continues to spread out over the farmland of Davis County.
I am currently still involved in public education, serving as an elementary school principal in nearby Kaysville. Sister Dibble is involved in caring for her aging invalid parents. She loves her current calling as ward Activity Days leader for the eight year old girls.
Our daughter Margaret has recently received her mission call to serve in the Japan Nagoya Mission. We are thrilled to have our only unmarried child serve as a full time missionary.
We love reading on the mission web site of the lives of our missionaries (thank you Marshall Leeper!) We hope to be able to stay in contact with as many of you as possible, so please drop us an e-mail! We promise to respond!
It is such a testimony to see the gospel moving forward in Italy.
We enjoy reading the Liahona as it arrives monthly. If you haven't subscribed yet, you should get on line with Church Magazines and do an abbonamento. It's a great way to keep current with the language as well as with what is happening with the Church growth in Italia. We love you all and wish you, our dear missionaries, all the best in life as you continue to live the gospel and bless lives.
Auguri,
Pres. Dibble

LDS QUOTE:
"You are a great army of returned missionaries. Go forward with new zeal and determination, and through your example shine the light of the gospel in this troubled world. This is the Lord’s work in which we are engaged. God lives. Jesus is the Christ. We belong to His Church. This is my witness to you in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
- Elder L. Tom Perry
Ensign, Nov. 2001
