Japan Sapporo Mission was incredible! In a lot of ways, it prepared me for life. I will always love and respect those that I had opportunity to serve with in the beautiful northern land of Hokkaido. I married in 1979, but was later divorced in 1993. I have two daughters from the first marriage that I raised following the divorce, until they were off to college or married. Now a grandpa to a 9 month old that I see on occasional visits to Lehi, Ut. I remarried in 2000 to the former Linda Darata of San Mateo. She and I love our new life together and look forward to many years of work in the Church. Currently serving in the Sunday School presidency, as a teacher and HT in the small, but quaint, Sonoma Ward, Napa Stake. Linda serves in the R.S. presidency. |
