April 13, 1966 - January 21, 2017

Shaun Edward Ellsworth, 50, passed away on January 21, 2017. Shaun was a Life Coach, graphic designer and small business marketer for over 20 years. He was an artist and entrepreneur and always had a joyful attitude, even despite his many years of illness. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served a mission in Sendai, Japan 1985-1987.

Shaun is survived by his wife Christina and sons Orson, Spencer, and Cooper; mother Diane (Neil) Nottingham and five brothers, two sisters and their spouses. Shaun was preceded in death by his father Kent Ellsworth and sister Molly Festa.

A funeral service will be held on January 27, 2017, at the LDS church, 294 Fernwood Drive, Crestline, CA at 11:00 AM.
