Comments:
I have three children, Kobi (11), Malia (8) and Emi (6). I lucked out--they're great kids. I'm serving in the Elders Quorum Presidency and my wife, Lyea, is the Primary President. I'm in my last two years of Dermatology Residency. I'll be done June 2009. It's been a long haul (16 total years of education AFTER high school) with a two-year break for the mission and a 1-year break before medical school. I just bought my first new car (Scion xA--good gas mileage and cheap), so needless to say, being a student for 16 years doesn't make a whole lot of money. By the way, the car I was driving was my wife's first new car she bought after she got home off her mission. It was totaled by my brother, which we bought off the insurance company for $500 and kept it running. We took our first family trip to Japan last year. We stayed mostly in Tokyo & Osaka due to family ties, but did do a trip up to Yamagata and Yamadera. It was VERY different! Blessings are abundant and we keep plugging along!
