As noted in the Mission History section, prior to the Sendai Mission's establishment in 1974, the Tohoku area was within the boundaries of the Northern Far East Mission (1955-1970) and the Japan East Mission (1970-1974).

Any RMs who served in cities in Touhoku or Niigata Prefecture in the Northern Far East Mission are welcome to register under this "President." Comments about mission life in those years are especially welcome. |
