Comments:
Following my mission, I finished my BS Degree at BYU in Elementary Education, married Kristynn, started a family, and started teaching. I now have 3 children, Lindsey, who is at BYU; Nathan, a Senior in High School; and Tanner, an 8th Grader. While teaching, I earned an MS degree from the Univ. of Utah in Health Education, and a third degree in Education Administration from the Univ. of Colorado. We now live in Meridian, Idaho, after moving here 5 years ago from Colorado. After 19 years in education, I have focused my efforts on Real Estate.

My wife, Kristynn, is a Registered Nurse, but retired 9 years ago. Our boys are snowboarders and into wrestling. Nathan just placed 7th at the State 5A Tournament, and Tanner took 1st in Districts.

Currently I serve on the Stake High Council. I have had the blessing of serving as EQ Pres/counselor, YM President, Ward Mission Leader, Scout Master, SS and Primary teacher, Stake Mission Presidency, Stake SS President, and of course, a HomeTeacher and Father!

Most of all, I have enjoyed attending the Boise Temple weekly with my wife. We were challenged by our stake president to attend more often. At that point I was struggling to attend once a month. It was my wife's example of attending weekly that inspired me. Now that I control my time better, I can go weekly, also. As President Hinkley said in this month's Ensign in the First Presidency Message about attending the temple, we come out better people than when we go in. That is one of my main goals for attending, along with helping those who have gone before us.

Other companions not on the list:

Rudger Morris - Delta, Utah (MTC)
Yoshinori Taketomi - Okinawa, Japan
John E. Schmidt - Loomis, California
Geoffrey Stafford Miller - Seattle, Washington
Mike Creager - Morgan, Utah
Bryan Barney - Shoshone, Idaho

Best wishes.
