Haslam, 62, Japan Tokyo North Mission; Northwood Ward, Logan Utah Cache Stake; former stake president, high councilor, stake Young Men president, bishop and counselor, Young Men president, elders quorum president, and missionary in the Japan Mission; high school administrator; received bachelor's degree in history and political science and master's degree in history and education from Utah State University, and certificate and degree in school administration from Idaho State University and Arizona State University; born in Lewiston, Utah, to Joseph Kerr and Zetta Marler Haslam; married Priscilla Wade, four children.

She is a visiting teacher coordinator; former Relief Society president and teacher, Primary president and counselor, Sunday School and Young Women teacher, Cub Scout leader, and music chairman; received bachelor's degree in elementary education and child development from Utah State University; born in Monroe, Utah, to Ellis Maycock and Bernice Washburn Wade
