"Bernie" Packard, 61, Williamson 2nd Ward, Orange Texas Stake; attorney; received bachelor's degree in economics from BYU, attended University of Utah Law School, received Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law; born in Boise, Idaho, to Forrest Leroy and Esther Carter Packard. Married Sarah Hayes, 13 children; she died in 1994; married Nancy Ann Dean, mother of three children.
She received a master's degree as a reading specialist from Northwestern State University in Louisiana and is a teacher in Evadale, Texas; born in Winnfield, La., to Lawson W. and Millie Elizabeth Smothers Dean. |
