News Item: Pres. Jasper McClellan

Pres. Jasper McClellan, in his mid 90s is living with his retired son in Blanco, Texas. He had been living in the Mormon Colonies until Sister McClellan passed away (several years ago). He son moved from El Paso to Blanco recently. I have talked with Pres. McClellan by phone a couple of times in the past several months and he appears to be fairly active (with the same personality as we remember). He is a bit hard of hearing and has trouble seeing things. I hope to be able to pick him up and bring him to San Antonio for a short visit so my kids and grand kids can meet my mission president. I will probably take him by the new temple here also. I thought some of ya'll might want to be made aware of what he was up to.
