Everyone,
After handling the website since 2004, I am getting a bit long in the tooth as the webmaster since so many generations have served in the mission since I was there. I have also become very busy for various personal reasons and can't give this website the attention it deserves.

Hi guys, this is Fred Ortiz from Veracruz but living In the area San Diego - Tijuana, just looking for Marcus B. Sorenson from San Diego, he started his mission at Mex north but change to West with the division of missions, i was his dad in mission field, if know something about him please send me an email, would like to know about his life, remmeber guys God lives and this is his Church!! Dear Elders,
Greetings to everyone to who recieves this e-mail. We hope that it finds you well. October conference is approaching and so is the time when all missions have their reuinions. Seeing as how our mission is so new, it has been hard to organize everyone together. Plus, it wouldn't be a great mission reuinion if President and Sister Thomas weren't there. Well, we decided to change all that.
On Friday, September 30 at 6:00 p.m., we will have an actual reunion. PRESIDENT AND SITER THOMAS WILL BE THERE. They are flying out to Salt Lake and would love to see everyone(including your families) so much. We hope that you can make it! It will be held at the Lone Peak Stake Center in Sandy Utah. The address is 11570 Wasatch Blvd. If you don't know where that is, look it up on www.mapquest.com
Seeing as how there is no offical directory for everyone in the mission, we will just have to spread the word. We all know some elder or sisters' e-mail address, so when you get this e-mail, pass it on to who you know.
Now if you are reading this for the first time,listen up! We need to get an RSVP list going, so if you can make it, send a simple reply back to Jon Jones at doctajones2000@yahoo.com
If you are outside of utah and want to come, but are worried about where to crash, don't worry about it. We want you here! Simply include in your e-mail that you need a place to crash and we'll work something out.

Espero que cuando reciban este e-mail, que se ecuentren bien. Se nos acerca el mes de Octubre cuando muchos missiones tienen sus reuniones misionales. Debido a que nuestra mision es nueva, nunca hemos tenido la oportunidad de tener una reunion.
Tenemos grandes noticias!!!!! El 30 de Sptiembre, tendremos la primera reunion de la mision oeste!!! El presidente y la hermana Thomas estaran presentes!!! Nos reuniremos en la capilla de Lone Peak. Aqui esta la dirrection:
