I returned from the mission to BYU, where I completed my degree and started law school. I met my husband there. It was a whirlwind romance (I wouldn't have wanted it any other way). We currently live in Heber City, Utah and have seven kids (yep....that's a lot of kids). Our oldest son, Spencer (21) is finishing up a mission in Sendai Japan; our daughter Rachel (18) is in her second year of college; and Ethan (16), Ben (14), Joe (12), Noah (9) and Elena (6) are home with us!
My husband is a judge, and so I practice law where he is not :)
We are happily active members. Thomas has been a bishop or in a bishopric most of our married life. Right now he is on the high counsel. I've been in several Primary Presidencies (I have a lot of kids), scouts (five of those kids are boys), and am now in the RS presidency.
The mission was a wonderful experience and I think so highly of those that I served with. I hope this finds all of you happy, healthy, and loving life. |
