Comments:
I'm working as a para-educator in special education. I work with Pre-K autistic kids. I use sign language to communicate with my non-verbal students. I have a very rewarding career!

My children are Westly 17, Andrew 15, Katie 11 and Shaun-Luke 9. Katie assures me that she will serve a mission!

I currently serve as the music director in the Relief Society after serving for years in the Cub Scout program.

My testimony continues to grow as I am challenged on a daily basis with children who struggle with bipolar disorder. My reliance on the Lord for guidance and comfort is great. I am so grateful for the gospel of Jesus Christ and I continue to share my testimony with heart felt love and the spirit!

My husband, Mark, and I have been married for over 18 years now. He is a science teacher. Mark and I met just before he left on his mission in 1986 to Dallas, Texas. We wrote to each other while I was at BYU and he was serving a mission. Mark returned home from his mission the day that I sent my mission papers in. We dated and he assured me that serving a mission was what the Lord wanted me to do. He told me that he would wait for me while I served a mission and then we would get married after my mission. Well . . . he waited for me!
We were married in the L.A. temple 8 months after I returned home from my mission. We both attended BYU, while I worked as a teacher at the M.T.C. That was one of the most cherished experience I've had!

The Elders and Sisters that I served with were exceptional! I grew close to many of my companions as well as my district and zone leaders. These examples of great missionaries still impact me today! I would be a totally different person if I had not served a mission.

My mission president, John F. Grove and his wife, Teresa, are outstanding leaders in the church. I have learned much from them. They continue to hold regular mission reunions--sometimes in Billings, Montana. I love the reunions!

Natalie
