Jersey Retired 18 Nov 2011
I think people should look at the Cherry Hill New Jersey Mission being shut down by the Church as a positive thing. The main reason for this happening in the first place is that there was a missionary from Philadelphia who helped bring around 150,000 to 200,000 new converts into the Church within the past 6 years or so and this has basically shattered any record from the past by one person. In this sense, I think the Cherry Hill Mission should be looked at as a retired Jersey up in the rafters in the House of God.

Here's a good website for the Church describing how the Cherry Hill Mission will be dissolved in July.

Mission Reunion 21 Dec 2007
Hi Everyone from President Sanford and Giddens era,

I am attempting to begin the process for a possible reunion in April 2008 for missionaries that served under President Sanford and President Giddens, the Friday prior to General Conference, in the Salt Lake Valley. I have posted a tentative reunion notice on...

http://deseretnews.com/reunions

Anyway, I am trying to put this together by contacting as many missionaries as possible and asking for their input, thoughts etc. If you are available next April, and if I can get the word out, please contact me with
your thoughts!!! :)

Sincerely,

Mike Rodgers

Referencia 05 May 2006

: 908 355 7670.

Get together picnic 06 Jun 2005
Hi everyone! Michelle Bodell is planning a picnic with several other RM's from the Pres. Sanford era and we want to invite everyone who is interested. We are planning on meeting in southern Salt Lake County sometime in August. Its going to be an informal, bring the kids sort of thing. If you would like more info, would like to be involved in the planning, or would like to RSVP (not necessary, but nice) please post here, or email Michelle at bodie@pcmindustries.net. You can also call her on her cell phone, but I can't find her number right now. We'll post it soon.
