Otara, South Auckland- Ed Simons, Steven Davis, Ken Haurua, Simons was my trainer, awesome dude we top baptised for the first 2 months of my mission, Steven Davis sang alot in musical firesides he had a mean as voice... Haurua came from the cook islands and he was very sporty and lived in hastings before coming out on his mission, in fact he lived around the corner from me, as did Kevin Watene and Charles Ruwhiu, we all came home together .... I also served with Boyd Young, as ZL before going south to Rotorua where i served with Shawn Cather and Byron Vaetoe. We played some mean b-ball games down there against Merve Tait and the Family as well as the Pinkers and their team the flippers ...i mean clippers...I then came up to henderson where i served with Elder greg Limb and Elder Dyorich..who was a bit of a doctinal whizz at least that was his story... nice guy tho!!!! after which I served with Steven Ned Myers from Woodruff Utah he was cool we had some great spiritual experiences riding in our Car.. his nickname was Milo.....I trained twice Elder Peterson from Wilcox Arizona and Elder Samson Moemai my samoan brother...

Other Comments

Was close with Shawn Ricks and Barry Asay and Earl Christian Cole and was also comps with Ivard Cleverly, memory a little hazy on some of those details ...

My wife and I and our friends will be coming with us to Salt Lake to General Conference and hope to find our way to the reunion .. would be rel nice to catch up with some of my old comps and see where they are and if they are stocky like me hahahahahaha... Ciao for now
