When I first arrived to NZ, I was switched to the Samoan speaking mission which I did pray for before I entered the mission field so I could have the opportunity to learn my own language. My 1st area consisted of 3 stakes. Panmure, Mt. Roskill, and North shore trained by Elder Marcus Matua. My 2nd area was in Mangere with my follow-up trainer, Elder Judson Pitts. My 3rd area was back in North shore with Elder Junious Taosoga. My 4th area was in Manurewa with various Elders. Elder Afualo, Elder Ord, Elder Davies, & Elder Waits. My 5th area was in East Tamaki with Elder Prescott, then Elder Muavesi, then Elder Taulapapa. My 6th area was in Henderson with Elder McCartney. My 7th area was in Rotorua with Elder Aaron Telford. My 8th area was back with Elder McCartney in Henderson again. My last area was with Elder Thompson in Hamilton.

I would love to hear from anyone that I served with or around in the NZAM. I plan on going back there some day with my family and hope to visit all of the people I had a chance to come in contact with. Especially the ones I actually got to witness their baptisms and becoming a member of the Church. I have served in my own ward as a Secretary in the Elders Quorum and as a Young mens leader for the Deacons when I first got back from my mission. I am now happily married to a very beautiful lady named Irene maiden name Broederlow and we have 3 lovely daughters. I am now the Clerk for our Samoan Branch here in my home town... Rose Park. Very exciting and looking forward to growing into a ward here soon. Well it will be nice to hear from anyone that I served with or served around in the same areas.
