Comments: Osamu Ishikawa he was indeed Issei. Pres. Komatsu ought to remember him as he was the first Issei to be called to Hawaii on a mission. He was my jr. comp. in Tokyo Central branch. I think he was worked with the airlines (JAL?) before his mission. Marden Wolsey says, I also taught a niumber of the rodo-senkyoshi how to lay concrete blocks, notably Ishikawa Kyodai, who now lives in Calgary, Alberta, and was in the construction business for many years. |
